This item is shipped from the UK.

For UK customers, print orders are dispatched within 3 days after payment and regular orders are dispatched within 7 days after payment.

Delivery times depend on destination and customs, with additional import duties and taxes to be covered by the customer. For Christmas delivery, UK orders must be placed by 15th December; international delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, and it must be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Returned parcels require a £15.00 fee for re-sending. International shipping starts at £12.00, varying by zone, weight, and insurance, and also requires repayment of shipping costs for returned parcels.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on the following items: prints produced at the Printspace and fine art posters.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank, as there may be a delay in processing the refund.

Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@artonapostcard.com and return the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

The Artist

Charlie Calder-Potts

Charlie Calder-Potts is a British artist based in UK. Her work looks at history and its repetitive nature; the value of our heritage and our similarities to previous generations and to each other. She is a mixed media artist working with wood panel, vellum (calf skin) and wasli ; combining photography, painting and drawing.

Charlie has had many notable exhibitions and commissions both in the UK and abroad. Previous projects include her selection as an Official War Artist with the British Army in Afghanistan 2013/14, private commissions in Iraq in 2015 and Tajikistan in 2016, a collaborative project sponsored by The British Arts Council in Iran, 2017/18 and Russia 2018/19. In May 2021 she was awarded the QEST scholarship (Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust) for her project in Pakistan. This new body of work will be exhibited in her forthcoming solo show ‘The world was all before them’, (September 2022).
